The service provider will contact you at least 6-12 hours prior to your flight & will provide you with the details of the representative that will meet & assist you. Alternatively, you can also contact the service provider mentioned in the booking confirmation email for any further assistance.

Our representative along with a porter will meet you at the passenger drop-off zone in case you have booked the departure service, & at the arrival area if you have booked the arrival service.
The representative will assist you with all the formalities at the airport. In case of departure service, you will be assisted through the check-in & security check procedures, & then escorted to the boarding gate. For the arrival service, you will be escorted from the aerobridge/arrival area till the arrival hall for baggage assistance. You will then be accompanied till the pick-up point & assisted with your luggage to your vehicle.
Once the service is completed, our representative will request you for a ‘Happy Code’. You will find this ‘Happy Code’ on your booking confirmation email & SMS. Sharing this ‘Happy Code’ ensures that the experience was satisfactory for you!
